CLP Classificatie: etikettering en verpakkings- wetgeving (CLP)

De CLP regulatie (regulatie 1272/2008) is de Europese versie van de Verenigde Naties ’ Globally Harmonized System (GHS). CLP regulatie trad in januari 2009 in werking en beschrijft de nieuwe methode voor de indeling en etikettering van chemische stoffen.

Dankzij deze classificatie zijn de gevaren van chemische producten duidelijk gecommuniceerd aan werknemers en consumenten. De CLP regulatie beschrijft hoe de gevaren van chemische producten gecommuniceerd moeten worden op de SDS en op de labels van stoffen en mengsels.
